using creator.intel means you agree to a small set of things. they're straightforward; here they are in plain language.

what you can do with the score

run audits, store the results, share them inside your team, cite them in internal decisions. you can't publish wholesale lists of audited creators as a competing data product; the score is a decision aid, not raw inventory to resell.

what we don't guarantee

the score is statistical judgment, not a verdict. a high score doesn't mean the account is fraud-free; a low score doesn't mean the creator is dishonest. we surface the math the row alone doesn't show you. brand decisions remain your call.

payment, refunds, cancellation

subscriptions renew monthly or annually. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; existing audits stay accessible. metered overage is billed at the end of the month. refunds within 14 days if the product materially doesn't work — email us via the contact form with the audit IDs in question.

availability

we don't publish an SLA at this size. we monitor the stack; downtime you actually notice is worth credit, ask.

scope & jurisdiction

governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. disputes are resolved in good faith before going to a court; arbitration is a fallback, not a default.
