creator.intel scores publicly-available Instagram profiles. we don't store the content of those profiles past what's needed for the score on record; we keep the four engagement numbers, the score, the reason, and the timestamp.
what we collect about you
email and display name, via the 0p studio sign-in surface. payment metadata via Stripe (last 4, billing email — never card numbers). a history of which creators you've audited and the result.
what we collect about creators
their public profile metadata as returned by our upstream scraper: handle, follower count, engagement metrics, top hashtags, bio. we don't store private messages, follower lists, or any non-public material.
benchmark data is anonymous
the niche benchmark is a distribution — medians and percentiles across hundreds of accounts in a tier. no individual creator is identifiable from the benchmark row itself; it's a statistical reference, not a list.
retention & deletion
audit records live in your dashboard for as long as you have an account. you can delete them at any time via contact; we'll confirm and remove. cancellation does not delete data — see the studio shared-infra rule on quiet mode.
third parties we touch
Neon (Postgres, where audit metadata lives), AWS S3 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting). we don't sell data; we don't share data with ad networks.
contact
data questions, deletion requests, or anything that doesn't fit a box — use the contact form. we read it.
